outbid.lol started as a simple side project: no ads, no API keys, no revenue sharing. Just outbid your competitors to rank #1 — that's it.
Then it went live
The site launched on August 19th, 2026, at 11:08 PM.
A few crazy things that happened since then:
Enough traffic to break the analytics provider (see previous stats →). Had to switch to datafa.st last night to keep the counter running. Someone offered $100k to buy it. At least 10 copycats emerged in the first day.

Update: The sales team at Comp AI approve. We have a 30% win rate across all demos, average 14-day from demo to close, LTV from one win from the ad would be expected to be $40,000+ 🥇

result from my outbid bet - it was (somewhat) successful 🔥 3 days ago I paid $12,000 for the #1 spot (then I paid a bunch of outbid copycats too) most people told me it was just bragging with money here is what actually happened: - Friday: 44 trials - Saturday: 38 trials - Sunday: 31 trials normal baseline: ~20 trials/day so 53 trials that would not exist otherwise our usual trial to conversion rate is around 50% Outrank LTV is ~$2k, so I need 6 of those 53 to stick. that's just 11% so I have room to be wrong by a lot and still win this and @eugZolotarenko won't fire me now 🙏
The board is still here. Same rules. Same idea. Rank is the bid — nothing else.
